Essen Downstream

Seminar answers questions about rights in the Essen Haus der Technik on 19-21 February 2013 and obligations for downstream users already entered into force the Regulation (EC) 1907/2006 REACH on June 1, 2007. The regulation includes the registration, evaluation, restriction and authorisation of chemical substances and unifies the placing on the market of chemicals within the EU for the manufacturer, importer and downstream user. As a downstream user (downstream user) refers to a natural or legal person established in the community, which used a substance in the course of their industrial or commercial activities as such or in a mixture, with the exception of the manufacturer or importer. The obligations of a downstream user under REACH depend on its precise activities, which it carries out in connection with a substance or a mixture. In addition, there are many other activities which fall under the definition of the downstream user. It is also a company, the substances or mixtures fills only in specific packaging units, as a downstream user.

Reason enough for the Haus der Technik in Essen, at the 19.-21 February 2013 one trade event REACH for downstream users (downstream user) “to offer.” The chemical safety report and the exposure scenario are the focus of this seminar.
